All our items include free delivery to UK mainland postcodes. Additional charges may apply for other locations (see table below for details).

Express Delivery Available
Express delivery is available for most products at an additional cost, which can be selected during checkout.
Delivery Guidelines
PALLET

Maximum weight capacity: 1000kg
All our pallets are compatible with both forklifts and manual pump trucks.
DELIVERY VEHICLE

Your delivery will arrive on an 18-tonne rigid truck equipped with a tail lift. The driver will need a safe, unobstructed place to park without blocking the street.
UNLOADING

The driver will unload your order using a tail lift and manual pump truck, delivering to the kerbside only. Unloading on soft surfaces like grass or gravel is not possible.
ACCESS

The delivery vehicle requires sufficient space to access your address and turn around safely. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible.
OBSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure there are no obstacles blocking access to your delivery address, allowing the driver to get as close as possible for a smooth delivery.
CHECK & SIGN

Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the items and clearly note any damages, as unreported issues may limit our ability to assist.
Delivery Information
- Free delivery does not include Saturday deliveries or the following postcodes and regions: AB, DD, IV, PH, Northern and Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Isles. Some areas within FK, G, KW, PH, PL, TD, and TR postcodes are also excluded. Please refer to the table below for delivery charges to these locations.
- Delivery requires sufficient space for the lorry to manoeuvre safely. The driver will manually pull the pallet from the road to the kerbside or the bottom of your driveway. Deliveries are only made to flat, solid surfaces that can support a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne. We cannot deliver onto grass, gravel, or uneven ground. If you need a crane/HIAB delivery, please contact us before placing your order—additional charges may apply.

- Please inform us of any access restrictions that may affect our delivery vehicle, as any issues could result in a re-delivery charge. While we take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, occasional minor breakages can occur during transit.
- We recommend allowing an additional 10% in your order to cover cuts, wastage, and potential breakages. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if total damage falls below our 7.5% tolerance level. If damage exceeds this threshold, we will refund the value of the goods over the 7.5% allowance or arrange replacements where possible.
- We will arrange delivery for your selected date; however, please note that delivery on that exact day cannot be guaranteed. As we use a third-party haulier, we cannot accept liability for any costs arising from delivery delays. We strongly advise waiting until your goods have arrived before arranging any labour or tools, as we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to early scheduling.
- Standard deliveries are made between 8:00am and 5:30pm on the arranged day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific delivery time. If no one is available to sign for the delivery or if the goods are refused, a re-delivery fee—set by the haulier—will apply before another attempt is made.
- Deliveries are typically carried out using an 18-ton rigid truck with a tail lift and manual pump truck. If your delivery location cannot accommodate this vehicle, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and additional re-delivery charges.
- We carefully inspect every pallet before dispatch. However, if you notice any issues—or even suspect damage—please ensure the delivery is signed for as damaged. We cannot offer replacements or credit if the goods are not signed for this way.
- As natural stone products vary in colour, veining, and finish, returns will not be accepted for these natural characteristics.
- You have 48 hours from delivery to report any damaged or missing items. If total breakage exceeds our 7.5% tolerance level, we will either refund the value of the excess or offer replacements (shipping costs apply). Written and photographic evidence is required, and the original packaging must be retained for inspection.
- Please also note that while our delivery drivers take great care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property or belongings during delivery. We recommend clearing the delivery area and protecting any vulnerable surfaces in advance.
