FAQs
How thick are your slabs?
We offer 16mm (ideal for patios) and 20mm (for driveways/heavy use). Both resist cracking and frost, with 20mm providing extra durability for high-traffic areas.
Can I install them myself?
Yes! Our slabs are DIY-friendly. Ensure a compacted base, use sharp sand, and seal sandstone after laying. Porcelain requires no sealing—just follow our step-by-step guide.
How do I maintain paving?
Porcelain: Rinse with water. Sandstone: Sweep debris, wash with mild soap, and reseal yearly. Avoid acid cleaners—they damage natural stone finishes.
Which is better—porcelain or sandstone?
Porcelain is ultra-low maintenance and modern; sandstone offers natural texture and warmth. Choose based on style and usage—we’ll help you decide!
What’s your return policy?
Unused slabs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies. Damaged items are replaced free if reported within 48 hours.
